BAM Clough JV awarded Letter of Intent for PNG LNG Jetty

Clough Limited (ASX:CLO) today announced that the BAM Clough Joint Venture has received a Letter of Intent from Chiyoda JGC Joint Venture to proceed with the design and construction of the LNG and condensate offloading jetty for the PNG LNG project. The contract is valued at approximately US$258 million. Engineering, procurement and planning work for the project has already commenced under a separate advanced work order. Read more...

Clough Limited (ASX:CLO) today announced that Mike Harding will formally step down as Chairman of the Clough Board at the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 26 October 2010. Mr Harding’s successor, current Non-Executive Director and oil and gas industry specialist Keith Spence, will formally take the position of Chairman at this time. Clough Full Year Results Announced

Clough Limited (ASX:CLO) today announced a strong performance for the 2009/10 financial year, recording improved financial results. Underlying earnings before interest and tax increased by 13% to $63.6m, total revenue from continuing operations increased by 26% to $805.0m, and order book closed at $1bn. BAM Clough JV receive Jetty Work Order Engineering and construction company Clough Limited (ASX:CLO) today announced that the BAM Clough Joint Venture has received a AUD10 million Work Order relating to the design and construction of an LNG condensate offloading jetty in Papua New Guinea.
